Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted or soft butter with the buttermilk.
- Fold the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients and add the grated parmesan.
- Mix with hands until a dough forms.
- Prepare the garlic puree by combining garlic, oil, and salt in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Puree the garlic mixture with a splash of milk or cream in a food processor or blender.
- Mix the garlic puree into the biscuit dough.
- Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to scoop the dough, flatten it, and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden, then add melted butter on top of each biscuit.
