Paleo Apple No-Cider Donuts

Primal Palate Apple Pie Spice (or 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp ginger)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a silicone donut pan with avocado or coconut oil spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
- Melt the coconut oil and add it to a separate bowl along with the wet ingredients, whisking to combine.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Scoop the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity up to the line.
- Even out the tops of the donuts with your fingers.
- Bake for 16-17 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before popping the donuts out of the pan.
- Lightly spray coconut oil on top of each donut and sprinkle with additional cinnamon and/or sugar.
- Enjoy your donuts!
