Instructions
- Butter and flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar and melted butter, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in the mashed bananas, followed by raisins, oats, nuts, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
- Optionally, sprinkle raw sugar on top before baking.
- Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 15 minutes before removing.
