Instructions
- Mix the bison meat with minced garlic, butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form the mixture into 8 burgers and create an indentation in the middle of each.
- Coat each burger with blue cheese.
- Prepare the grill for medium heat, creating direct and indirect zones.
- Slice the onion and create a sealed foil packet with onions, cider vinegar, and BBQ sauce.
- Oil the grill grates and place burgers and hobo packet on direct heat.
- Cook burgers until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees, flipping halfway.
- Add cheese to the burgers as they finish cooking.
- Toast the buns on the indirect side of the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with bacon, pickles, BBQ sauce, and caramelized onions.
