Bison Burger with Grilled Pineapple and Sriracha Aioli

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Combine ground bison, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix gently.
- Divide the mixture into 4 pieces and shape into patties about ¼-inch thick.
- Grill the patties over direct heat for 4-5 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Grill the pineapple rings over direct heat until cooked, timing will depend on thickness.
- Remove burgers and pineapple from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce wrap or gluten-free bun, topping with pineapple, red onion, and sriracha aioli.
- Serve with dill pickle spears.
