For Cooking
Instructions
- Mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Coat the slow cooker with cooking spray and create a ring of aluminum foil to act as a rack.
- Place the chicken on top of the foil ring and rub the spice mixture all over it.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and broil for 4-5 minutes to brown the skin.
- Serve the chicken.
