Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 pieces bread
  • ¼ cup fresh Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Simmer garlic, parsley, salt, and oil in a saucepan for 3 minutes and discard the garlic.
  3. Toss bread cubes with the oil mixture and spread them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Sprinkle with extra salt and let cool before serving.
