Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Simmer garlic, parsley, salt, and oil in a saucepan for 3 minutes and discard the garlic.
- Toss bread cubes with the oil mixture and spread them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle with extra salt and let cool before serving.
