Ingredients

  • ½ loaf Sourdough Bread
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Cut the sourdough bread into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil until well coated.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley to the bread and toss again.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the croutons in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 16 minutes, stir the croutons, and then bake for another 16 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the croutons cool completely.
