Sourdough Garlic-Herb Croutons

granulated onion/onion powder

granulated garlic

dried oregano

crumbled Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine salt, onion, garlic, oregano, and parsley in a small bowl and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the olive oil.
- Place the bread cubes in a large bowl and drizzle the butter/oil mixture over them, tossing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the herb mixture over the bread cubes and toss again to coat well.
- Spread the cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes, stirring and flipping every 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and toss with Parmesan cheese if desired, then let cool completely.
