Cashew Hummus

Instructions
- Drain the soaked cashews and place them in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Add the lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and sea salt, then process until smooth and creamy.
- Stop to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed during blending.
- For a thinner consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and blend again.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl and sprinkle with smoked paprika if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
