Instructions
- Process the raw cashews in a food processor until they reach a fine crumb.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor, adjusting to taste, and scrape down the sides as needed.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder before serving.
