Garlic Basil Nut Hummus

Instructions
- Combine the nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, basil, smoked paprika, and sea salt in a food processor and pulse to break up the nuts.
- If using, add the roasted peppers.
- Add about ⅓ cup of water and process until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Adjust the consistency with more water if it's too thick.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or sea salt if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
