Ingredients

  • 1 block Feta Cheese
  • 2 pieces Lemons
  • 4 pieces Green Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the feta into equal-sized cubes and place them in a large mason jar.
  2. Chop the green onions and garlic, then add them to the jar along with lemon slices, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mixture.
  4. Fill the jar with olive oil and add black pepper on top.
  5. Seal the jar and refrigerate to marinate overnight.
  6. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or as desired, and enjoy.
