Instructions
- Wash and dry the herbs, then bruise them gently to release their flavors.
- Zest the lemon and cube the feta cheese into 24 pieces.
- If marinating overnight, place the ingredients in a zip-bag or covered bowl and leave at room temperature, gently stirring occasionally.
- For longer storage or gifting, layer the ingredients in a jar and cover with olive oil.
- Serve as an appetizer or with grilled meats and vegetables, and use leftover oil for dressings or marinades.
