Instructions
- 1. Place the roast beef in the slow cooker.
- 2. In a measuring cup, mix the beef broth, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and chopped garlic.
- 3. Pour the sauce over the roast beef.
- 4. Set the slow cooker to cook for 5-7 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
- 5. Once cooked, remove the roast and shred it using two forks.
- 6. Ladle additional gravy or pan sauce over the shredded beef before serving.
