Garlic Herb Butter

shallot, roughly chopped

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it into a log shape.
- Twist or fold the ends of the plastic wrap to seal the log.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm before serving.
