Instructions
- Clean and trim the ends of the green onion, then set aside.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the green onion.
- Cook the green onion until roasted on all sides, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool on a cutting board.
- Once cooled, finely chop the green onion and place in a medium bowl.
- Add the softened butter and spices to the bowl, mixing well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and roll it into a log.
- Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.
