Ingredients

  • 1 whole spaghetti squash (about 3 to 4 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the squash in half crosswise or lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves cut-side-down on the baking sheet and roast for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
  4. Allow the squash to cool for 10 minutes before handling.
  5. Use a fork to scrape the cooked flesh into a bowl and serve with your favorite sauce.
