spaghetti squash (about 3 to 4 pounds)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the squash in half crosswise or lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side-down on the baking sheet and roast for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
- Allow the squash to cool for 10 minutes before handling.
- Use a fork to scrape the cooked flesh into a bowl and serve with your favorite sauce.
