  • 1 medium spaghetti squash

Instructions

  1. Place the whole spaghetti squash on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  2. Poke the squash twice with a fork.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes.
  4. Allow the spaghetti squash to cool for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Cut the squash open with a knife.
  6. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
  7. Scrape the flesh out of the squash into stringy noodles.
  8. Serve the noodles.
