Instructions
- Place the whole spaghetti squash on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Poke the squash twice with a fork.
- Bake at 350°F for 60-80 minutes.
- Allow the spaghetti squash to cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut the squash open with a knife.
- Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- Scrape the flesh out of the squash into stringy noodles.
- Serve the noodles.
