Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and eggs until just mixed.
- Mold the meatloaf mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Wrap bacon strips around the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
