Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat, add onion and cook until softened, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion and garlic with ground beef, salt, pepper, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- Shape the beef mixture into a loaf on the sheet pan and spread ¼ cup of ketchup over it.
- Wrap bacon slices around the loaf, tucking the ends underneath, and brush the remaining ketchup over the bacon.
- Bake for one hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, slice, and serve.
