Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line the bottom with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, diced onion, diced mushrooms, diced oregano, ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, and pepper.
- 3. Mix the ingredients well using your hands and divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions, shaping them into small balls.
- 4. Wrap a slice of bacon around each meatloaf ball and place them in a muffin tin, ensuring the ends of the bacon meet or slightly overlap.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
