Instructions
- 1. Dice the bacon and cook it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- 3. In a food processor, chop the garlic, onion, mushrooms, sage, and rosemary until finely diced.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground sausage, eggs, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and cooked bacon, mixing well.
- 5. Transfer the meatloaf mixture to the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- 6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, then let it cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
