The cheeseball

crushed pineapple (drained)

chopped pecans
For serving

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans.
- Mix well, using your hands if necessary.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in crushed pecans.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
- Serve with crackers and/or vegetables.
