Instructions
- Whip the cream cheese and cheddar cheese together in a blender, food processor, or mixer.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- In a bowl, mix together the bacon bits, green onions, and pecans, then roll the cheese ball in this mixture.
- Wrap the ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
