Cheese Ball Bites

The cheese mixture

The coatings

finely chopped pecans

chopped dried cranberries

thinly sliced chives

finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and mascarpone cheese in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the sharp white cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Prepare three plates with chopped pecans, chopped cranberries, and a mix of chives and parsley.
- Roll one third of the cheese balls in pecans, one third in cranberries, and one third in the herb mixture.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
