Instructions
- Combine half of the bacon, half of the green onions, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bbq sauce in a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Mix the remaining bacon, green onions, and pecans on a plate.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the bacon mixture until coated.
- Serve immediately with crackers or vegetable sticks.
