Apple Cinnamon Granola Parfaits

Instructions
- Melt the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced apples and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the apple juice, ¾ tsp of cinnamon, and ⅛ tsp of nutmeg, then bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer until the juice thickens and coats the apples, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let the apple mixture cool completely, optionally chilling in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, remaining ½ tsp cinnamon, ⅛ tsp nutmeg, and honey.
- Divide half of the yogurt mixture among 4 cups.
- Layer half of the apple mixture over the yogurt, followed by half of the granola.
- Repeat the layering process once more.
- Serve immediately for best results.
