Almond Vanilla Granola
Instructions
- Make the Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola and set aside.
- Peel, core, and dice the granny smith apples.
- In a medium-sized sauté pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the diced apples, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the apples, stir to combine, and sauté for 8-10 minutes until the apples are soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In an 8 oz. glass, layer 2 tablespoons of Greek vanilla yogurt, followed by 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture, and then 2 tablespoons of Almond Vanilla Granola. Repeat the layers.
- Serve immediately.
