Ingredients

The fruit mixture

  • 3 whole granny smith apples, diced (peeled & cored)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

The layers

  • 32 oz Chobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • Homemade none Almond Vanilla Granola

Instructions

  1. Make the Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola and set aside.
  2. Peel, core, and dice the granny smith apples.
  3. In a medium-sized sauté pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the diced apples, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the apples, stir to combine, and sauté for 8-10 minutes until the apples are soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. In an 8 oz. glass, layer 2 tablespoons of Greek vanilla yogurt, followed by 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture, and then 2 tablespoons of Almond Vanilla Granola. Repeat the layers.
  6. Serve immediately.
