Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon roasted red chili paste
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • to taste salt and ground pepper
  • for garnish sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and roasted red chili paste.
  4. Add coleslaw mix to the skillet and stir until softened.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and coleslaw mix, stirring well until coated.
  6. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over rice or enjoy as is, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
