Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and roasted red chili paste.
- Add coleslaw mix to the skillet and stir until softened.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and coleslaw mix, stirring well until coated.
