Vegan Lavender Almond Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whip the aquafaba and sugar in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the margarine and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, lavender flowers, and chopped almonds.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the aquafaba mixture until well combined.
- Spray baking sheets with nonstick spray and drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the sheets.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes until firm and golden along the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
