Easy Peel Hard- and Soft-Boiled Eggs

Instructions
- Fill a saucepan with enough water to cover the eggs by about 1 inch.
- Bring the water to a boil, then stir in vinegar and salt.
- Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water and start the timer.
- Once the timer is up, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes.
- Shake the eggs in the ice bath to crack the shells, then peel them under running water if needed.
