Instructions
- Fill a pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
- Gently lower the eggs into the boiling water, ensuring they are in an even layer and covered by at least an inch of water.
- Reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer and time for 12 minutes.
- Prepare a bowl of ice water.
- After 12 minutes, remove the eggs from the pot and place them in the ice water for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs immediately after removing them from the ice water, starting from the larger end.
