Easy Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

Instructions
- Place eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan and cover with enough water to have at least 1 inch above the eggs.
- Add vinegar and salt to the pot and stir gently.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, set a timer based on desired doneness (1-10 minutes).
- Before the timer goes off, prepare an ice bath by running cold water or filling a bowl with ice water.
- When the timer goes off, drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to the cold water to cool for about 10 minutes.
- To peel, gently roll the egg on the counter to crack the shell and peel it off.
