Ingredients

  • 12 pieces jalapeños
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice each jalapeño down the middle and remove the stems and seeds.
  3. Cut the raw bacon into thirds.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese using a spoon.
  5. Wrap a piece of bacon around each cream cheese-filled jalapeño, placing the seam side down.
  6. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a drying rack on top.
  7. Arrange the jalapeños on the rack and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
  8. Serve warm.
