Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice each jalapeño down the middle and remove the stems and seeds.
- Cut the raw bacon into thirds.
- Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese using a spoon.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each cream cheese-filled jalapeño, placing the seam side down.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a drying rack on top.
- Arrange the jalapeños on the rack and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
- Serve warm.
