Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare the jalapeños by cutting off the stems and removing the seeds and inner portion.
- Stuff the peppers with cream cheese and wrap them with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Alternatively, slice the jalapeños in half, fill with cream cheese and a piece of partially cooked bacon.
- Grill or bake until the bacon is crispy and the cream cheese is bubbling.
