Pimento Cheese Jalapeno Poppers

jalapenos, sliced lengthwise with seeds removed

bacon, precooked for 3 minutes in microwave

cream cheese

pimento cheese

dash
bbq rub
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese.
- Cut the tops off the jalapenos and slice them in half lengthwise, removing the seeds.
- Microwave or cook the bacon until halfway done, about 3 minutes.
- Mix the cream cheese with the pimento cheese and fill each jalapeno half with the mixture.
- Dust the filled jalapenos with a light sprinkling of bbq rub.
- Top each filled jalapeno with a piece of bacon.
- Cook the jalapeno poppers at 350 degrees on the grill for about 10 minutes until the bottoms are charred and the cheese is melted.
