Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribs.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each pepper half with bacon, securing with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped jalapenos on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
