Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla, mashed bananas, and sugar until well mixed.
- Beat in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Add the almond butter in teaspoon-sized dollops and gently swirl it into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set, tenting with aluminum foil if the top browns too quickly.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting.
