Ingredients

The batter

  • 2 large Bananas
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 6 ounces Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Toppings

  • ¼ cup Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together bananas, sugar, oil, egg, almond milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour gradually, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in salt, baking soda, baking powder, and ¾ cup of chocolate chips.
  5. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in the batter.
  6. Sprinkle the top with hemp seeds and remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
