Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, greasing it first so the parchment sticks.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a high-speed blender, blend the bananas, dates, and almond milk until smooth.
- Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
