Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
- In a food processor, blend the bananas, coconut oil, vanilla, eggs, and almond milk until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
