Harissa, Smashed Avocado + Egg Toast with Goat Cheese and Honey Drizzle

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toast the bread and spread Harissa on both pieces.
- Spread the mashed avocado over the Harissa.
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese.
- Cook the eggs to your liking.
- Broil the toast for 1-2 minutes until toasty.
- Drizzle the toast with honey and top with eggs.
- Zest lemon over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
