Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayo, celery, pickles, and onion. Stir until well mixed.
- Fill the avocado halves with the chicken salad mixture.
- Garnish with chopped almonds or pecans if desired.
- Serve on a bed of greens.
