Instructions
- Supreme the oranges over a bowl to catch the juice and squeeze out the remaining juice.
- Transfer the supremes to a large bowl, cutting them in half if necessary.
- Add bean sprouts, bell peppers, and spinach to the bowl with the orange supremes, then top with cashews.
- Combine the dressing ingredients with the orange juice and whisk or blend.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine before serving.
