Healthy White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

The mix-ins

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate, reserving some for topping.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of dough and flatten slightly on a baking sheet.
- Top with reserved nuts and chocolate.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
