Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- Mix the melted butter, sugars, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until combined, then add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Roll the dough into balls and place on the baking sheets.
- Bake until lightly browned, then cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
