Instructions
- Cream the vegan butter and sugar together for 3 minutes.
- Add the vegan milk and vanilla extract, mixing for an additional 30 seconds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing gently until fully combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out heaping tablespoons of dough and place them 3 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes, then let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
