Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF/177ºC and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together butter and coconut sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and macadamia nuts by hand.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and press them down slightly.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes until edges are lightly browned and centers are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
