Instructions
- Cream the butter and both sugars until smooth, then add the egg and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt, then mix with the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, then chill the dough for 25-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Roll dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until lightly browned, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
